Remote publishing, Database settings

  I am using a basic(free) wordpress account, I am not able to locate remote publishing settings in writing settings. Also I am not able to locate my wp-config file to change my database settings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll need to add /wp-admin/ to the end of your site URL in order to access the wp-admin dashboard.
