"Remote publishing" isn't shown in the menu Settings – Writing

  I don’t have a checkbox to click for XML RPC protocol (Settings – Writing). Actually I don’t have the headline remote publishing. I guess thats why I can’t use my Iphone to blogg. Why is this?
