Removal of "home" menu

    I selected the theme “Spring Loaded” for my theme, and I would like to add information to the home page on the menu, but i’m not seeing it listed as a page. I am unable to delete and tried crating my own menu, but the original home page is still there. Could you help me please?

    It’s not listed because it’s not a page, it’s just a link to the blog front. The blog front can display your latest posts or a static page. If you want a permanent info page as your blog front, you create that page in Pages > Add New, then you go to Settings > Reading and set your front to display that page.
