Hi there,
That blog is owned by a different account and it is not deleted. If you want to delete it, you need to log in to that old account of yours. To do so please follow our Account Recovery guide:

Hi
I have now cancelled and deleted the site signelinneboe.wordpress.com but it still occurs in searches and I can even access a file on the site. When will this file be deleted?

Deleting a site or even an individual file on WordPress.com does not remove it from the servers of Google and other search engines where it has been cached. We have no control over that.
To have the site removed from search results, you’ll have to contact the individual search engines directly to request that. Otherwise, you’ll need to way for the content to be removed by the search engines automatically, which could take weeks or even months.
