Removal of old redundant website and content.

I need help and advice.
I have a very old company website – a free wordpress.com website – the content is an embarrassing now for us an we need it removed – the old webmaster that dis it for us can not be reached and we no longer have the log-in details.
The website in question is https://wintershoekjvs.wordpress.com.
How do you get tis website removed?
