Removal of site

  I’m trying to remove a site (hancockroofing) but is says I ‘…have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ However, when I go to Manage Purchases, nothing shows up. Please advise. The site can be deleted.

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Hi there,

  The site, hancockroof.wordpress.com, has a domain mapping upgrade that’s owned by the user, dominiquedeiuliis. Only that user can cancel the upgrade.

  Also note that while you have the ability as an admin to delete the site, the user who owns the site is hancockroof.
