Removal of site

  Hello there! I’ve previously been shamed on a forum due to an oversight on my part of publicly publishing rude messages I’ve received on my twitter. The forum thread was deleted, however recently I realized that a wordpress was set up with a copy pasted thread from the forum. I’ve already made a police report however they are unable to help me to take it down unless I take legal action (which I have already done a consultation but I would rather settle this amicably) the owner probably wouldn’t take it down since it’s set-up to go against me. It’ll be lovely if I can get some help on how I can get the site down apart from contacting the owner directly! Many thanks in advance!! xx
