Removal of the old site

Dear Sir/Madam, The site mentioned above was administered by a Mr John Newton , who died three years ago, unfortunately, he did not leave the administration password for the site so at the time I could not have it closed and thus had to copy the site to the one that I currently administer. I was told at the time to be able to close it I would need a copy of the death certificate to certify his death, this at the time was difficult to obtain as Mrs Newton was quite distressed. However, I will now be able to obtain a certificate from Mrs Newton and need to know how to proceed .
