  Hello,
  I work as part of the ICT support team for the high school regarding the WordPress page linked below.

  https://benjaminbrittenhighschool.wordpress.com/author/benjaminbrittenhighschool/

  The content on the page is over a decade old and is irrelevant to us now but we are also concerned with any cybersecurity risks with having the page floating around on the internet. We are wondering if it would be possible for WordPress to remove the page on our behalf as the page was created by the prior IT team so we do not have access to it unfortunately.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support so anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude.
  Wordpress.com doesn’t delete sites on demand, only the owner is able to do so.

  As @staartmees indicated, WordPress.com does not offer telephone support.

  If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  Thank you all for your help! I emailed the respective email address provided and the private the page so the page cannot appear on search results when looking for the school online.
