Removal of unauthorised web page

  Hi,
  A web page was created by my ex fiance without my consent and I wanted it removed as soon as possible.
  Site URL: https://authorscornertish.wordpress.com/about/

  I have my own account as TishJay but above one is created without my consent.

  Hope you could do the needful as I do not have access or a way of requesting him to delete it.
