Remove 2 old blogs from admin panel

  I recently switched back to WP.com from self hosting and need to remove two old websites from my admin area that I no longer own or have access to. I am aware that only staff can remove these at this time. The two sites that need removal are below:

  http://www.michiganblog.us AND http://thepotterswheelchurch.org/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
