  re:Deleting Site
  If you are trying to delete your site and if you are the owner & admin of the account that has your site, you can delete the site by following the instructions given here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  If you do not want to delete the site yourself and need the help of WordPress staff to do it, then please tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread get the staff’s attention.

  If you wish to reach the moderator staff directly for your future questions, just add the modlook tag in the Tags section.

  NOTE: Deleting a site will delete all the contents associated with that site, which cannot be recovered and the address associated with the deleted site cannot be used by anyone again(not even by the owner).

  So if you just want to start over by keeping your current blog address you can empty your site, instead of deleting it.

  WordPress.COM accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  IMPORTANT NOTE:
  Even if you deactivate your account your username is not removed from the database, so that it’s not available to any other users when they are registering for a new account. This is done to keep you from being impersonated by anyone else.
