  Remove 2FA – (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The above WordPress.com account locked out with missing physical security key and 2FA code from authenticator app.

  Help us remove 2FA for this account. I am the owner of the WordPress.com account and have Gravatar.

  We can use email and password but facing 2FA block page.

  Hi,

  If you need to gain access or disable the 2FA of another account, you need to contact the account recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com

  You’ll need to write them from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to prove ownership of that email address.
