Remove a blog from 'My Blogs' list

  Can you please remove beta.rubinblog.com from my list on the list in http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/, just like you did for this guy here:

  I am in a similar circumstance and am just following the instructions given there.

  I have a number of blogs to remove from the list. They were self hosted. How do I do that?
