Remove a blog from my list of Linked Blogs

This site has been defunct for at least 10 years and the owner is deceased. I need it removed from my list of “Linked Blogs”.
I did the chat, and it said: When posting, be sure to include:
- That this is an old WordPress.org site with Jetpack that’s no longer active
- That it’s appearing under “Linked Blogs” but not in Connected Apps or Sites
- That you’ve tried looking under Connected Apps and Sites management
- The steps you’ve already taken to try to remove it
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks. These are the 4 I have showing as Hidden at present as soon as I click on ‘Subscribers’ in Jetpack on my WordPress site and I can’t view any subscribers at all:
