Remove a link from the blogroll
-
I’ve taken over running our community blog and I’m cleaning up the site. I’m trying to remove a link from the blogroll to a blog that has been inactive for 3 years. The link is http://firecatching.blogspot.co.uk/.
I have tried looking for a links menu in the dashboard, as directed in the instructions, but could not find one. How do I do this? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. That option appears in the WP-Admin dashboard, not the My Sites pages. Your site’s WP-Admin dashboard is at http://manresaamigos.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Note that you’ll be only be able to edit this if you are logged in as an admin for the site. If your account only has author or editor permissions you won’t be able to change this. In that case you’ll need to get the original owner to change your user role to admin, or else transfer ownership of the site to you completely.

Thanks. I am contacting previous people involved in the site to discover who the actual administrators are.

Good luck with that. If you do track down the owner, the instructions to transfer ownership can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
