remove a page

Hi ,
I had a page as Contact by default on my theme, I add a contact form plugin, when I wanted to add my address and link it to google map there was 2 problems
1: I added the address and linked it to google map , it appears in my original website in double !!! I have no idea what should I do
2: I removed the Contact page and add another one , install the Form plugin again, I cannot see it in my Contact page, what did I do wrong?Please help me

Sorry, but I think our communication is hampered by each of us speaking several different languages (you: several, me only English and wp.com jargon), so I could be misunderstanding what you are asking.
For one thing, about the language, there is a lot of jargon with the WordPress.com platform. So when you say “plugin” I’m thinking, after looking at your site, you mean “shortcode” rather than “plugin.” Here is a lexicon of words used on WordPress:

Thanks for reply, but I think it might be my problem of not mentioning the detail of problem. The problem was not exactly on my own page.
I installed a local wordpress on my localhost and tried a trial theme I am going to buy. When I go to Contact Us page I wrote the address and linked it to a google map of that address. when I look at the page in dashboard everything is ok, just an address and a map. then I added a plugin contact form (I hope I used the correct term) the plugin form. when I look at the live page I can see the picture and address is doubled. I checked but there is only one. and if I remove that one address in dashboard, I cannot see anything in my live page.I tried to remove the plugin contact form and start from the begining. seems I cannot add that plugin again to my Contact Us page again. I just tried with writing the address and link it to google map, again the same problem happened…double address and double map.
I tried to remove the Contact Us page and define a new page …then there is a total mess…nothing is showed in my new Contact Us page ..
Hope this time is a better explanation with correct terms ..

We cannot help with offline versions of WordPress. They work very differently from ours. You can find help for that at WordPress.ORG instead.
