Remove a picture

  I have changed my profile picture, the gravatar, but whenever I type in my URL on facebook or twitter or anywhere an older picture shows up how can I remove that?

  That is part of Facebook’s cache. They will replace it with the new image eventually, but we can’t saw when as we have no control over that.
