  Site deletions are permanent:

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).

  The site revenuspassifsenligne.wordpress.com is gone and is unrecoverable, as previously stated.

  If you’d like the site removed from Google’s index, you can submit a request here:

  https://support.google.com/websearch/troubleshooter/3111061?hl=en

  I’ve removed the Domain Mapping Upgrade for revenuspassifsenligne.com, as well.
