remove a site from 'My site' which I have no connection with

  I do not know how or why, but there is a wordpress site listed in the ‘My Site’ which I have no connection with. How can I remove it?

  I do not need help with johnmathews.eu, I want to remove thru.media completely from my dashboard. I cannot log in to thru.media because I have no connection to the site.
