Remove a subscription

  I am trying to remove my subscription to jacqueshenry’s blog (https://jacqueshenry.wordpress.com/). Despite several attempts, I always receive an email with each new issue. Thanks for finally DELETING this subscription.

  Hi –

  You’ll need to scroll to the bottom of that email notification and use the unsubscribe option. it sounds like you are subscribed through your email address rather than your WordPress.com user account.

  Thank you for your reply. But I have used this option many times without any success.

  I hope I have found the solution, by removing my ACCOUNT altogether, and recreating another immediately (thankfully I have several email addresses). I then reintroduced into this new blank account, the subscriptions I want to keep.

  I will know tomorrow if this “procedure” (expensive term of email address) has been effective.

  Another option is to report the email as spam in your email client. Going forward everything from that site should be routed in to a spam view.
