remove admin

Hi, for both of Kronick’s blogs, I am now the admin as the former has left the firm. I need to remove her but get an error message. Also, I need to update the billing info and do not believe I have access bc it is linked to former admin…please advise. Thank you.

I see you added as an admin, but in order to have access to billing info and other privileges, you most be the owner of the blog. If you are now designated as the new owner of the blog, please have the current owner post in this thread to confirm that, and I’d be happy to transfer ownership over to you.

Try renewing now. I transferred the account over to you, but not the upgrades. It should be good to go.
