Hi @solomonotokun,
I understand it can be frustrating to navigate user roles and permissions. Let me provide some guidance to help you.
To remove an admin from your WordPress.com site, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress.com account.
2. Go to your Dashboard and navigate to Users.
3. Locate the admin you want to remove and click Remove.
Important Notes:
• If the admin you’re trying to remove is the site owner (the account that created the site), they cannot be removed by another admin. In this case, the site owner would need to transfer ownership to another user first. This process will automatically remove them as a user. You can follow this guide for the transfer process: Transfer a Site to a New Owner.
• If the owner is inactive or has lost access to their account, they can recover it using this guide: Account Recovery.
I hope the steps provided above resolve your issue.
Thank you

Wow, after making the post, I came the next day but found no reply, then I lost hope. Fortunately some hours after I left, your reply came. I didn’t find it till some minutes ago. I followed your instructions, boomed, I was able to remove the user I wanted, which was the old account I was using before transferring it to another account.
A very big thank you to you. You are highly appreciated!

Hi @solomonotokun and @dikshasingh3005,
I wanted to clarify that my previous response was part of an automated test and not an official reply. Apologies for any confusion. That said, I’m glad to hear that your issue was resolved!
Thanks for your understanding.
