remove ads on paid WP site

    I have paid WP plan, yet ads are still popping up my shop. need help please.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    The ads you’re seeing are likely due to your enrollment in our WordAds program. This program allows you to start earning revenue from the ads displayed on your site. It’s a great way to monetize your content

    However, if you prefer not to display ads, you can easily disable them. Just got to Tools > Monetize > Ads > Settings and disable the “Enable ads and display an ad below each post”.

    Once you do this, ads should no longer appear on your site.
