Remove Ads Upgrade

  Hi

  I want to remove ads from my website nantwichfabricsale.com but for the life of me can’t seem to find the Upgrade option where you could select single items that you wanted ie mapping, customization, no ads etc.

  I have already paid for mapping.

  Any help gratefully received.

  Hi there,

  We discontinued stand-alone upgrades on WordPress.com over three years ago. To remove ads you can now purchase any one of our paid plans. All plans include one free domain upgrade, so you should receive an automatic discount for the domain mapping you already have on the site.

  Many thanks for your reply but I am a bit confused by it.

  I purchased the stand alone upgrade mapping when I created this website which was January this year (2018).

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping you have is not a new purchase. It’s a renewal. If you have an individual upgrade purchased before we consolidated them into plans then you can renew it individually for the lifetime of your site.
