Remove all content
-
In 2015, temporary employees of our organization created this website:
Due to staff changes, the fees for the domain name connected with this site, hanleyfarm.org, were not paid. The domain name was purchased and SOHS has not been able to buy it back. (We did not wish to pay $70 just to find out how much the usurpers would charge us)
All content on the site is still related to SOHS, except for references to STD Kits.
Is it possible to remove all content from https://hanleyfarm.wordpress.com??? We have no usernames or passwords, so we can’t get into the site to remove the content ourselves. We have contacted the current host, JustHost. They demand absolute proof of trademark infringement, and I’m doubtful that providing that information will be successful.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated, -
@webmastera5bf44f97d sorry to hear you lost the domain.
You’ll need to regain access to the site to control it, but since you had previously had upgrades, that should be doable as long as you or someone who still works there paid for the upgrade fees.
Whoever paid for the upgrade can use this method to find a transaction ID as proof of ownership here:
This would not let you get the domain back. But it would let you take control of the site to either make it private, or give it another name as you like.
If you are able to get the transaction ID, do not post it here. But do respond here to let us know you have it, and we’ll reach out privately via email.

There is no current staff member who worked for SOHS at the time except me. No payments were made through the SOHS PayPal account, unless they were made prior to May 2016. We have no record of payment to WordPress. Is there any other way to gain access to this account, or have it removed? The content belongs to SOHS, we should be able to remove it.

@webmastera5bf44f97d domains cost money, so someone paid that. Would you have used a company card?
No payments were made through the SOHS PayPal accountThis does not matter. Please find the last payment and we’ll go from there. It was prior to 2016.

I do want to note as well, that your other account recovery options are listed here:
Given what you’ve explained, it sounds like proof of payment may be the best way to go.
