  I like to remove all the present theme settings and contents, I like to keep the present domain and like to design with a new theme

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Theme settings are not transferred when you switch to another theme, but see the Switch Themes section of the Themes support page.

  I like to keep the present domain

  The domain will be unaffected by a theme change.
