  How do I remove the filter for comments

  Hi there. With ‘filter’ do you mean the comment moderation where comments don’t appear until you approve them? You can adjust those settings under Settings ->Discussion in the dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation
