    I don’t want to renew my domain, how do I remove attach domain?

    Hi there,

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: If you purchased a domain URL through wordpress.com and wish to keep it to use it on another site then, of course, there will be no refund for that portion of the upgrade.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying.wordpress.COM URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying.wordpress.COM URL and purchased the upgrade?
    4. When was the upgrade cancellation and refund request made?

    I would be happy to assist you in removing the attached domain. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into removing the attached domain

    Hello,

    I need help removing my domain ebridges.io from my site. Can I do this myself? I am the owner of the domain and wordpress site, however I do not see an option to remove domain. Please help!
