Remove authentication access

I would like to remove the requirement for site visitors to log in before visiting the site

To clarify, I would like to remove the authorization (not authentication) access require for visitors to my site. It currently requires them to create an account before viewing my site. I would like this removed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
