Remove Author & Date from Featured Image

  I created a new post and selected a “Featured Image” option. The image is now showing on my main page, however, it is showing the date and author on the image. How can I remove that?

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  If the site is on WordPress.com, that can usually be removed via CSS which is part of the Premium and Business Plans:

  http://wordpress.com/plans
