Remove b.gif from rss feed

Hi!

I have searched about the tracking pixel in rss feeds, all threads seems to be old. I have actual the problem, that the rss feed adds a tracking pixel and its no valid markup.

You can find my feed here:

And you can find the pixel in here:

description>
<![CDATA[

I tried to change my theme (I have chateau) but it did not change anything.

Thx in advance

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is how WordPress tracks your stats. You can’t remove it.

It’s a “feature” and it screws up some RSS readers and causes the empty pixel to be displayed in the Reader. The b.gif causes some readers to show b.gif and not the featured / first image for a post. Sucks actually in some cases.

I put in a bug report on it I think last week or so, result was “feature” “try a different reader”

Hmm, but as far as I know, there are no RSS statistics in Backend. So this “feature” is even not available for me?
