remove blavatar?

help me! how do I remove my blog picture? (“settings”, “general” and “remove image”, but there is no picture there to remove! and when I upload a new picture to replace it with, it doesn’t show.) I dont want the old picture there! I dont want any picture there!

dashboard -> users -> your profile
find the image and click “change your gravatar”
From there on you will see the options to click to accomplish removal. -
but isnt that the picture that are shown when i do comments, or here? I mean the little picture to the left of the adress (http…)? how do i remove that one?
actually I know how i should do, but it doesnt work! there is no picture to remove. I could upload and crop a new one, but I cant see the new one.
will that photo (a mistake) be there forever on my site? -
I recommend uploading the image then reset your cookie & cache then restart
your browser. then check to see if the image is there. If the image shows up
then proceed with the below steps to delete image.You’ll want to go to settings >General > you’ll see your blog avatar (Blavatar) on the right
side of the page just below the image you will see delete.Avatars vs. Blavatars > http://support.wordpress.com/avatars/#avatars-vs-blavatars

they were asking about the blog avatar that refers back to ping backs & Favicon. -
