Remove blog

  I want to remove a self hosted blog from mysites, the domain doesn’t exist anymore. But I can’t find a way to remove it I. How do I do this?
  I only have an option to hide it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do not see any jetpack connected sites on your account.

  If you would like to delete a WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  Delete a Website

  Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

  hi rootjosh,
  They are those sites that when I delete, it shows
  “Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.”
  These are paid domain names and I am hoping I am on the right place to discontinue my payment for these sites? Thank you for the advice :)

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domains marketurbine.com, marketgens.com, and isyou.me it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release those domains, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domains will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using marketurbine.com, marketgens.com, or isyou.me again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domains. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrades from your account.

  Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

  I have canceled all of those domains. You should be able to now follow the deletion instructions I posted previously.
