It’s not possible to merge account, though you can move a blog to a different account if you want to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

Hello! Is there any way you could remove the site sevenofheartswine.com (hosted on wordpress) from my account too but WITHOUT DELETING it? I just don’t want it to show up as one of my blogs.
