Remove blog for lost account

  Hi, I would like to remove my former blog,
  Its a really old account. More than 7 years old.
  But the most wierd that it might sounds is that I dont remember my username neither the emails that I was using back that time.

  I have another wordpress account that I was able to log in, but there is no blog there.

  I need to find a way to recover my credentials for arianpasquali.wordpress.com, so I can finally remove that blog.
