remove blog from my profile & global dashboard

  I have an old blog still tied to my account and I want to remove it, how do I do it?

  Depends what you want to do. If you want to delete the blog, including the URL and name, permanently, you can delete the blog on the Dashboard –> Options –> Delete blog. You can never get it back.

  If you just want to separate it from your profile and dashboard, you need to transfer it to another member, either an existing one or one you register solely for the purpose.

  I want to do this also, but ironically, I don’t see the option, ‘options’ under dashboard, or global dashboard. Am I missing something?

  Go to the dashboard for the blog you want to delete where you would write posts and administer your blog. There you will find options > delete blog. As raincoaster said, once you click through all the “are you really” sure’s, it will be gone forever.
