Remove blog from wordpress account

  I set this blog up for a customer when working a previous job, and accidentally linked it to my personal wordpress.com account. I cannot find a way to remove it, and can’t get a hold of the owner of the blog. What can I do to get rid of this persons blog from my account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
