Remove blog links, JetPack Monitoring for deleted sites?

  • Unknown's avatar

    I had a multi-site (asoftwareco.com, agenda7days.asoftwareco.com, and codecram.asoftwareco.com) that has since been deleted, with one site (asoftwareco.com) moved to a non-WordPress host.

    1) My WordPress.com account is still showing links to the 3 blogs on the My Blogs page, and I don’t see a way to remove those.

    2) JetPack is still periodically notifying me that the codecram.asoftwareco.com site is down.

How can I delete the now invalid blog links from my My Blogs page; and, how can I turn off the JetPack Monitoring service associated with the moved and no-longer-existing sites?

I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there, you’ll need Staff assistance for this. Could you please confirm for them again exactly which sites should be disconnected from jetpack. Thanks.

    Thanks, @justjennifer!

The sites to be disconnected are:

    • asoftwareco.com/www.asoftwareco.com
    • agenda7days.asoftwareco.com
    • codecram.asoftwareco.com

I’m only getting messages about ‘codecram’, but I believe I set all three up with JetPack.

  • Hi there,

It looks like CodeCram was the only site with the Monitor feature enabled. That’s why you didn’t receive emails about either of the others.

I’ve disabled Monitor on that site, and disconnected all three from your WordPress.com account.

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
