Remove blogs from My Blogs list

  I cannot remove the following blogs from My Blogs list. Could you please help me removing them?

  canpolat.me
  canpolat.me/is/
  canpolat.me/kl/
  canpolat.me/sl/

  Note: would be great if you can also edit away the URLs from this post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
