remove blogs that no longer exist from global dashboard

  I have three blogs in my global dashboard that don’t exist anymore. How can I remove them from the global dashboard? In another thread (on wp.org) it was mentioned to contact support, but since that’s a premium only service, how do I go about deleting them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
