Remove blue line at the bottom of Mystique theme?

  Hi guys, I was wondering where I would need to look in the CSS code to remove the blue line at the bottom of the Mystique theme. It’s name is tabs-bg.png but I don’t see the code pointing to it anywhere.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
