Remove border on featured image on homepage
-
Hi there – I posted a new article (https://fiftystatesoneday.wordpress.com/2022/11/14/roadtrip-recap-colorado-kansas-new-mexico/) setting a featured image, but on the homepage (https://fiftystatesoneday.wordpress.com/) this appears with a large black border top and bottom – how do I remove that?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there:
The recommended size for featured images in Cubic is 2000px wide by 1500px high. That ensures the right aspect ratio for the grid (without black bars) and also fills the space well at the top of single posts.
The image in that particular post is only 1024px × 768px which is why it’s being cropped on the homepage grid. You should upload a new version that’s the correct size, replace the featured image with the new version, and that should take care of the problem.
I hope that helps!
