Remove borders from showcase images
-
Our blog has been featured in several media outlets, and we want to highlight this achievement by adding their logos to our home page. However, WordPress automatically adds borders around each logo. How can I remove those borders? https://greenpetburial.org/2010/02/07/home/

Hi @greenpetburial,
You could try some Custom CSS to remove the borders around the logos you have placed on your home page but before doing so, please have a look into the support link below as it may offer an easier solution:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-settings/#advanced-options
If that does not work for you, you can enter this into your CSS Custom:
img[class*="align"], img[class*="wp-image-"], #content .gallery .gallery-icon img { border: none; }This will remove the borders around the logos AND your pictures on the front page.
If you would like to add the borders back on the individual pictures (the dog and cat picture for example) then you can enter this into your CSS Custom:
img.wp-image-305.alignleft { border: 1px solid #ddd; }Please check all the pages & blog post on every device to confirm it is not impacting anything else.
Please refer this support article for more details for Custom CSS: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/
Please note CSS Customizer is only available in Premium or Business upgrade plan.
