remove cache plugin

    I’ve embedded a video on my page. But it keeps showing an error message before, during or after it plays. ERROR 2013
    According to VdoCipher, this is their resolution:
    This usually happens when you are using some cache plugin on the pages where the video is embedded and that cache prevents our dynamic URLs from loading.
    Please remove any cache plugins from the video embedded page and then try. (for e.g Wp super cache plugin can cause this)

    I removed the video from the main page and created a linked page on the site. But it’s still happening. According to WordPress,
    There are no cache plugins on their pages.

    Correct account: No
