Remove caption background

  I just noticed that when there are captions on my images, both caption and image have a misaligned gray background. My coding is a hot mess and I’ve no idea how I managed to introduce that background color or how to get rid of it. It looks awful. I want a nice clean caption, aligned left, with no background color, like I had before. I can’t figure out where the coding error is. Help, please.

  Never mind. It finally occurred to me to restore a previous CSS save, and luckily the first one I tried worked. Sorry to have bothered anyone.
