Remove Category From Forever Theme

Category shows up twice in the footer of my page. I want to remove both if possible. I have tried adding ‘none’ to div.post-meta in style.cc but could not find anything even remotely close to where it would go. Please help!! Thank you!!!!!!!

I don’t see the issue on the site to which you’ve linked. If that’s the correct URL can you be more specific about where the probem occurs.
If that’s not the site you mean (and you mentioned editing a CSS file which leads me to believe it isn’t) then can you post a link to it if it’s hosted here at WordPress.com.
If it’s a self hosted site you will have more luck asking in the WordPress.org forums (here‘s what’s different!)

Thank you for your response! The site is hosted at WordPress but is not yet live and as its for work I am held to a strict October 20 launch date :(

It would be useful if you let us know which theme you’re using.
Other than that, yes, you can take a screenshot and share the image URL with us here.
If you’re comfortable with doing so you can even invite me to view your private blog so I can have a look at it and see if there’s anything I can do to help.

I think there has been some confusion, the forever theme was authored by Automattic (the owners of WordPress.com) but the “powered by WordPress” in your footer is an indicator that you have a WordPress.org install. If it were hosted here the footer would say “Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com” instead. You will either need to provide us with the URL for your site (so I can check which one it is for definite) or ask in the WordPress.org forum I linked to previously. Do you know who you pay for your webhosting?
