remove category from header menu

  I’ve created a menu for my header using only a few of the categories and pages of my blog. I would like to remove one of the categories from the menu without deleting the category all together. is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. If you created a custom menu, deleting the category from the menu only does not delete the category. More info on creating a menu here:

  Ok, but I think I must really be missing something because I can’t see how to actually delete a category from a menu.

  Go here > Appearance > Menus

  Then look for the Category in question on theat page and click the arrow icon on the righthand side of it. When it opens you will see the “Remove” link. Click it. Then scroll up and click “Save menu”.

  P.S. You can do the same with Pages as well.
