Remove category from page titles

    How do I remove ‘category:’ from the category page titles? it doesn’t look clean and I’ve been looking through all the forums but none of the fixes worked for me. Worth mentioning, the CSS lines people have been adding seem to be out of date and I tried three already.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The site you asked about is not actually hosted here with us at WordPress.com. Instead, this site is a self-hosted WordPress site. This is different than WordPress.com.
