Remove "Category: name" from top of the page
-
I searched high and low for this one and couldn’t find it so hopefully I titled this well enough for the next person trying search for ways to fix this.
I created two category ‘pages’ off of my blog so it would look like I now have two blog pages. It is working VERY well, except I would like to remove the Category TITLES from the resulting pages.
Is this at all possible?
Here is a sample of what I want to remove.
I am CSS challenged in a huge way and already have one customization that I don’t want to lose, so if you have another for me to add, let me know if I would just copy/paste it below all the stuff already in it or if I would squeeze it in before the last two }} signs.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I couldn’t figure out how to edit to add – the two category names/pages affected are “news” and “funding”

The closest I could find was here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/help-removing-category-from-page-title?replies=6/#post-2489410You could also try this code:
.wf-active .page-title { display: none; }That could resolve your problem. Let me know how it goes.

I used your suggested code and IT WORKED on both category pages while leaving the regular page titles as desired. PERFECT.
THANK YOU!!! :)

You’re welcome my friend! Happy to hear it went well with no hiccups! Just be sure that the next pages you add aren’t affected from here on.
Enjoy your day!
